We have visited this site in the distant past, it is a strange place in as much as that it is just twenty minutes walk from Newbury Park Station (no I havn’t walked it) but is set within green fields.
It is an old style CL - just EHU, drinking water point and Black water emptying point. There is a large plastic pub next door that sells food.
We saw no-one, from the site there was a notice on the farmhouse door asking that fees be placed in the envelope provided as you leave. All rather impersonal but very handy if you have, as we did a need to visit London.
